I — The Spark

Founded in 2022 as a side business while Federico was working in Sydney as a Growth Advisor at one of Australia's leading advertising agencies.

Three months later, in Latin America, he met Lorenzo — former Global Sales Director at a multinational in São Paulo. They shared the same vision and joined forces.

II — Validation

They began in the US and LATAM, where companies were eager to grow but held back by slow processes and disconnected sales and marketing teams.

Eighteen months later they brought the model to Italy — a market still focused on generating meetings while neglecting what actually closes deals.

III — The Engine

By combining sales and growth into a single operating model, Federico and Lorenzo built Growth Cab as an end-to-end growth engine — from opportunity creation to contract signing.
